What messages will I receive?

Booking confirmation — Sent immediately after your appointment is scheduled.
Appointment reminder — Sent the day before or morning of your appointment.
Technician en route — Sent when your technician is on their way.
Job completion — Sent after the job is complete with a summary.
Quote follow-up — Sent if you received a quote and haven't responded.
Review request — Sent once after job completion to share your experience.

How to opt out
